CANCELLATION POLICY: While we understand that things happened and scheduled appointments sometimes need to be adjusted, we request at least 24 hours notice for any changes. Cancellations that happen after the 24-hour period will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Failure to cancel an appointment or “no-shows” are a loss of opportunity to fill the time slot for the stylist. Any “no-shows” or no call missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and must be paid before rebooking.
